This is KNOWTIFY. Take a minute for your health.
Hello, my name is Hunter Parisien and I am a tribal health liaison working for the North Dakota Department of Health. June is Men’s Health Month and I would like to take this opportunity to talk to you about age related men’s health screenings. Over the last five years, I have lost two men in my family due to cancers that could have been detected early with regular men’s health screenings. To honor these family members, I look to use my platform working in the North Dakota Department of Health to educate and help eliminate the stigma of men’s health screenings. Now, I understand it is an uncomfortable subject to talk about, but it also can be uncomfortable telling your family that your time on this earth may be limited. So please schedule your men’s health check-up sooner rather than later. You might just save a very important life. Your own.
